In the summer of 2014, a dispute between cousins escalated into deadly violence at a Glendale, Arizona apartment complex, claiming the life of 18-year-old Elijah Williams. The fatal encounter unfolded on a Sunday when an argument between Williams and his cousin, Hailes Cole, over a gun took a violent turn.
