On the first day of the new year, a tragedy unfolded in Glendale, Arizona, forever altering the lives of those who knew and loved Jesse William Mitchell. In the early morning hours of January 1, 2020, the 41-year-old man was at a bus stop near the corner of 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
