Victor Daniel Ruiz Reyes, a 30-year-old male Hispanic/Latino from Glendale, Arizona, was killed in the early morning hours of December 17, 2022, after a shooting at a large house party. Police and later media reports say he had gone to a gathering in a neighborhood near 67th Avenue, in the area of Bethany Home Road and West Rose Lane, when an argument broke out between him and at least one other person.
