In the spring of 2015, a quiet Glendale, Arizona neighborhood was shaken by the discovery of a beloved resident's untimely death. Kyle Carnell, a 43-year-old Black / African American male, was found deceased in his home on May 21st. The grim discovery was made by his girlfriend, who immediately alerted the authorities.
