Winter Johnson, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on February 19, 2023. Johnson was shot in the 1800 block of East 25th Street at approximately 11:07 AM. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after the incident was reported, but despite their efforts, Johnson succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
