Death by Force

On May 29, 2024, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male in the 5600 block of Bland Avenue in Northwest Baltimore. Upon arrival, they discovered 25-year-old Jamal Burden suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
