Louis Cody Dorsey Young, a 22-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2017. The incident occurred at a gas station in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard, where officers responded to a call at 1:10 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Young with multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
