In the quiet hours of a December night in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 31-year-old Hispanic male Jose Hurtado was tragically cut short. On December 2, 2017, Hurtado was found with gunshot wounds in a vehicle on the north side of the city. Officers responded to a report of a shooting and discovered the grim scene. Despite medical efforts, Hurtado succumbed to his injuries.
