In the summer of 2021, the life of 40-year-old Morgan Rockwell Fincher was tragically cut short in a burst of violence on the east side of Tucson, Arizona. On the night of Saturday, July 31st, police were summoned to the 8100 block of East Mountvale Drive, a residential area, following reports of a shooting.
