On January 2, 2017, a homicide occurred in the 4000 block of East Flower Street in Tucson, Arizona, resulting in the death of 27-year-old Bilal Cochrane. The incident took place shortly after 1:00 a.m. when Tucson Police officers responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a shooting at a residence in the area.
