In the early morning hours of January 2, 2017, the life of 27-year-old Bilal Cochrane was tragically cut short in what Tucson police have described as a targeted shooting. The incident unfolded at approximately 1:15 a.m. at a residence in the 4000 block of East Flower Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Cochrane inside the home with evident signs of gunshot trauma.
