In the early evening of March 8, 2021, a simmering dispute between two groups of young people in Tucson, Arizona, violently erupted, tragically ending the life of 35-year-old Travon Lewis Lavender. A male, Mr. Lavender found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, caught in a confrontation that had nothing to do with him. Upon their arrival at the apartment complex, the aggressors encountered the mother of one of the youths they were seeking.
