In the late summer of 2014, a man named Warren 'Chris' Coney made a decision that would leave his family searching for answers for years to come. On September 3rd, the 44-year-old was seen in Little Rock, Arkansas, boarding a bus with a final destination of Veracruz, a state in central Mexico.
