On an otherwise ordinary spring evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 65-year-old Eliot Cobb was tragically cut short. On April 14, 2017, Cobb was at a restaurant in the La Encantada shopping center when a gunman opened fire. The assailant, a captain with the Tucson Fire Department, was reportedly targeting his estranged wife, who was also at the restaurant.
