Kelly Roach, Jr., a 19-year-old, lost his life to gun violence on May 17, 2021, in Mesa, Arizona. The incident occurred in the area of 400 W. Brown Drive, where Mesa Police Officers responded to a call of shots fired at 12:06 a.m. on May 18, 2021.
