In the summer of 2021, a young man's life was cut short in midtown Tucson, Arizona. Eighteen-year-old Felix Alexandrew Pichardo was inside an apartment in the 4100 block of East 29th Street on the afternoon of July 7th when a dispute escalated to violence. Witnesses later told police that a fight had broken out between Pichardo and other individuals he knew, culminating in a fatal shooting.
