On the afternoon of January 26, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona, 23-year-old Devon Sullivan Thompson was driving his black Dodge Challenger when he was tragically killed. At approximately 2:00 p.m., in the 8100 block of E. Poinciana Dr. on the city's East side, Mr. Thompson was approached by a group of individuals.
