In the fall of 2014, the life of 41-year-old Charlie 'Chuck' Bencomo, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Tucson, Arizona. On the evening of Friday, October 3rd, events unfolded that led to his untimely death, leaving behind a grieving family and a community seeking answers.
