On a Tuesday evening, May 14, 1996, the life of a male named Marcus Palmer was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. At approximately 11:30 p.m., in the rear of 1276 16th Street, Northeast, Palmer was shot and killed. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain largely a mystery, and the motive for this violent act has not been publicly disclosed.
