On October 28, 2024, around 3:20 a.m., a fatal shooting occurred in the area of 67th Avenue and Highland Avenue in west Phoenix, Arizona. Jose Carlos Jimenez, a 34-year-old man, was one of the two victims who suffered gunshot wounds. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Jimenez and the other victim, 21-year-old Marquez Anthony Demarcus Booker, both of whom were pronounced deceased on the scene due to their injuries.
