Death by Force

Joseph Patruno, a 57-year-old man, was fatally shot on the afternoon of November 26, 2022, at a gas station in north Phoenix, Arizona. The incident occurred just after 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Cave Creek and Bell Road. Patruno, a commercial painter and musician who grew up in the Phoenix area, was at a gas pump when he was approached by the shooter. First responders found him with serious gunshot wounds and transported him to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
