In the early hours of a Saturday morning in central Phoenix, the quiet of the neighborhood near 15th Avenue and Taylor Street was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On February 4, 2023, just before 1:30 a.m., a violent confrontation erupted outside a home, leaving a scene of chaos and tragedy in its wake. When Phoenix police officers arrived, they discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds.
