On February 4, 2023, a shooting incident in central Phoenix, Arizona, resulted in the death of 30-year-old Manuel Reyes and left two other men injured. The incident occurred near the intersection of 15th Avenue and Taylor Street, where witnesses reported hearing gunfire just before 1:30 a.m.
