Carl Tur, a 51-year-old White/Caucasian male, was killed on the morning of August 16, 2019, in a north Phoenix neighborhood near 35th Avenue and Beardsley Road. Online homicide and memorial databases list him as a Phoenix resident whose death was classified as a killing “by force,” and tie his case to a series of local news reports about a fatal shooting in that area on that date.
