Stacy Talbot, a 42-year-old White male, left his Lincoln home on the evening of October 18, 2018, and climbed into a silver Hyundai Sonata with people he knew. Around 8:30 p.m., witnesses along North 14th Street near Judson saw a man fall or jump from a moving vehicle; first responders found Talbot on the roadway with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at a Lincoln hospital shortly thereafter.
