Richard P. Randall, a 19-year-old White male, was shot and killed in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Sunday, November 29, 2015. The incident, which marked the city's only homicide of that year, took place at a party at a residence near 48th and M Streets.

During the party, two men were shot. Richard P. Randall Jr. succumbed to his injuries. The investigation that followed led police to identify Brandon Benson as the shooter. Benson was subsequently charged with first-degree murder. Authorities also ...
