A 32-year-old White male named Brian Eller was fatally shot on January 12, 2015 in Newark, Delaware. That evening, at approximately 7:18 p.m., New Castle County patrol officers were dispatched to the Vinings at Christiana Apartments after a report of gunfire. On arrival, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Brian Eller was discovered in the vicinity of 700 Vinings Way. The other victim, La'Hmeer Carter, aged 20, was located near 900 Vinings Way. Both men later died from their injuri ...
