On May 13, 2015, at approximately 4:12 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the 100 block of Antlers Lane within the Fox Run Apartments and Townhouses in Bear, Delaware. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Edwin J. Heath Sr. lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate first aid efforts, Heath was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses reported seeing a male suspect fleeing the area on foot toward Route 40 (Pulaski Highway), just outside the complex. ...Read More
