On a Wednesday afternoon, May 13, 2015, the community of Fox Run Apartments and Townhouses in Bear, Delaware, was disrupted by violence. Edwin Heath Sr., a 33-year-old Black man, was found lying on the ground in the 100 block of Antlers Lane around 4:12 p.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
