Ty’Mire S. “Block” Selby, 12, a male from Wilmington, was fatally wounded on the morning of August 3, 2018, inside a residence on the 1300 block of East 27th Street. Officers were called just before 10 a.m. and found him suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to A.I. duPont Hospital for Children, where he was pronounced dead later that day.
