Dyron S. Nuriddin, 19, a Black male, was shot late on the night of March 6, 2019, on the unit block of Raven Turn in the Sparrow Run community of Bear, Delaware. Officers with the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched around 11:45 p.m. and found him suffering from a gunshot wound.
