Tommy Ramos, 20, male, was shot on the night of November 23, 2021, in Wilmington's Southbridge neighborhood. Just after 11 p.m., officers were called to the 1200 block of Peach Street near New Castle Avenue, where they found him suffering from gunshot wounds; despite aid, he did not survive.
