Do you know who murdered 46 year old Michael Parker in 2020? Michael Parker, 46, an African-American male, was shot in Wilmington’s Hilltop neighborhood on the afternoon of December 21, 2020. Officers were called at about 3:24 p.m. to the 200 block of North DuPont Street, where they found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital, but he did not survive.
