On July 17, 2022, in East Glacier Park, Montana, 39-year-old David Siau from Syracuse, New York, was killed in a tragic attack. The assailant, 37-year-old Derick Amos Madden of Goldsby, Oklahoma, deliberately drove his vehicle into the Siau family as they walked along the road.
