Do you know who murdered James Simms? On a Wednesday morning, November 30, 2005, the life of 18-year-old James Simms was cut short in Washington, D.C. A student at Roosevelt Senior High School, the young man was discovered around 9:45 a.m. in the driver's seat of a black Oldsmobile.
