Death by Force

On July 22, 2021, at approximately 11:44 PM, Traevon Felton, a 26-year-old resident of Oxon Hill, Maryland, was shot and killed in the unit block of 53rd Street, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene where DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services found no signs consistent with life. Felton was pronounced dead at the scene and later transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
