On October 15, 2018, Ferdinand Fotachwi, a 28-year-old resident of Lanham, Maryland, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in Southeast Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 7:27 p.m. in the 5300 block of D Street, SE.
