Murdered

On November 21, 2016, 28-year-old Carlos Rivera was fatally shot inside his apartment on Cranston Street in Providence, Rhode Island. The assailant forcibly entered the residence and targeted Rivera, indicating the attack was not random. Several individuals were present during the incident, but no one else was harmed.
