Larry Charles Nelson, 84, was last seen on June 21, 2018, in Portland, Oregon. He disappeared after leaving his home in Milwaukie, Oregon, without his phone, eyeglasses, or keys. Nelson was captured on surveillance footage at the Penny Market on SE Stark Street in Portland, but he has not been seen since. Nelson suffered from dizzy spells and mental confusion at the time, and there were concerns that he may have been suicidal.
