In the fall of 2009, a young man named Sou Sio Saechao, an 18-year-old of Asian descent, vanished from Portland, Oregon. Known to his friends and family as Andy, he was last seen on November 19, 2009. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'4' tall and weighing around 120 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
