Monty Allen Crouter, a 22-year-old man from Portland, Oregon, was last seen on February 15, 1991. He disappeared after being seen at his place of work, a McDonald's restaurant in Portland. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, he has not been heard from since, and very few details have emerged about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
