The partially skeletonized body of a young white male was discovered in a wooded area on the side of Kelly Butte, directly behind 10001 SE Powell Blvd. The individual was wearing light clothing (linen-type green tennis shorts and tennis shoes) and was found near a SONY brand walkman.
