John Walter "Jay" Sallee, aged 30, was last seen on November 1, 1994, in Mill City, Oregon. Living a transient lifestyle, Sallee frequently moved between different towns, working manual labor jobs, including ranch work. He last contacted his family in 1993, informing them that he had secured a job on a ranch in eastern Oregon, but they never heard from him again.
