Russell Carl Sturm, a 44-year-old man, was last seen on July 15, 2005, in Williams, Oregon. At the time of his disappearance, he was living a transient lifestyle and staying in a camper on someone's property in the Williams area. Russell has not been heard from since that day, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
