Marion Arthur Osuna, a 70-year-old man, was last seen in Brookings, Oregon, around December 1, 2011. His disappearance was noted after he failed to pay his rent on the first of the month, an act that was reportedly out of character for him. Upon entering his residence, his landlord discovered the home in a dirty and unkempt state.
