Louis North Selig, 30, was last seen on August 15, 1984, in Portland, Oregon. On the day of his disappearance, Louis left his residence, reportedly heading to band practice. He was described as standing 5'10" tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown or black shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes. He also had distinctive tattoos, including a mushroom on his left shoulder and four roses on his right arm. At the time, Louis was wearing a tan shirt, rust-colored corduroys, and sandals.
