Paul Eugene Housel, a 75-year-old man from Portland, Oregon, disappeared on July 24, 1988. He was last seen when he went out for a walk but never returned. Housel had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, which raises concerns that he may have become disoriented during his walk.
