Peter Bancarz, a 34-year-old Canadian citizen, was last seen on December 28, 1966, in Portland, Oregon. After leaving his home earlier that day, he was last confirmed to be at the Silver Skate Ice Arena at approximately 11:30 p.m. after participating in a hockey league game. A few days later, neighbors noticed Peter’s car had been returned and parked in his driveway, but Peter himself was nowhere to be found.
