Timothy Douglas Moreau, a 21-year-old from Portland, Oregon, disappeared on January 23, 1990. At the time of his disappearance, Moreau was working as a promotional manager for the Starry Night, a prominent rock club in Portland, owned by Larry Hurwitz. On the evening of January 23, Moreau was called to a meeting with Hurwitz, but he was never seen again.
