Skip Kimball Kelly, a 54-year-old man from Portland, Oregon, was last seen on June 18, 2020. He was at a bus stop, intending to travel to Grants Pass, Oregon. He told his family that he would call them to confirm his arrival time, but he never made the call and did not reach his destination. Following his disappearance, there has been no activity on his bank account, raising concerns about his safety.
