In the summer of 2020, a 54-year-old man named Skip Kimball Kelly vanished from Portland, Oregon. On June 18th, he was waiting to board a bus that would take him to Grants Pass. His plan was to contact his family with his arrival time once he was on his way, but that call was never made. He wasn't on the bus when it reached its destination, and no one has reported hearing from him since that day.
