In the days leading up to Christmas, a young mother's life was tragically cut short in a brazen shooting on the streets of Macon, Georgia. Tynesha Desha Hammonds, a 20-year-old Black female, was shot and killed on the evening of December 23, 2018. At the time of her death, Hammonds was driving her blue Nissan Altima near the intersection of Bloomfield Way and Bloomfield Road, and the shocking event was captured on a Facebook Live stream.
