Thomas Branch McAdams, aged 67, disappeared on September 24, 2016, during a day hike near Horsetail Falls in the Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. An experienced hiker and outdoor enthusiast, Tom was reported missing two days later when he failed to return. His vehicle was found at the trailhead parking lot, but no trace of him has ever been located despite extensive search efforts.
