Mark Jeffrey Dribin, age 42, was last seen on July 2, 1999, in Portland, Oregon. He worked as a cargo handler for United Airlines and had called his employer that day to request time off, citing a personal emergency. Dribin never returned to work and was reported missing on July 6, 1999, after friends and colleagues became concerned when he failed to show up for his shift.
